Marc General Construction was established in 2015 as a partnership with an MBE designation. In 2020, Adam Hatch bought out his partner to maintain full ownership and continued to grow the business and its reputation for long-term commitment to customers with service beyond typical warranty timeframes. In  2024, Reagan Hatch became majority owner and attained Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) status in the commercial general construction industry. Though some partial ownership has changed hands, the mission remains the same.
